The UK Government's Agriculture Bill:
Legislative Consent Memorandum
6.1 Members considered the Agriculture Bill
Legislative Consent Memorandum and agreed not to report on it.
6.2 This decision was taken on the basis that
the Constitutional and Legislative Affairs Committee and the
Climate Change, Environment and Rural Affairs Committee were
covering scrutiny of the Memorandum.
6.3 Members agreed to monitor the progress of
the Agriculture Bill and to reconsider reporting should issues
emerge that require the Committee’s attention.
